Returns Policy

Lustre Nest HQ accepts returns of undamaged, unworn, and unused items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Customers must email lustrenesthq@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
 

For incorrect, damaged, or defective items, customers must email lustrenesthq@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery to request a refund or replacement. Claims submitted after this 5-day period may not be eligible.
